Swap Rime for Wildfire. Boltor is a basic, no-fluff damage hose, the clip size helps you sustain dps and is a nice quality of life because reload is slow. Heat damage hits Flesh harder & the cold damage from one mod isn't enough to offset damage loss against shields. Although, the status from the dual mod is still nice. Would recommend swapping to heat/status instead of cold/status tho if you want to keep it.

Primed Cry Rounds makes me weep for having gotten rid of the D.

Otherwise, that's pretty much what I roll. If you have the +120% Puncture mod it is worth more damage than a 90% Elemental but you have to balance that against resists and what status types you're building for.

Boltor P has a shit disposition so I wouldn't bother with a Riven for it unless it is legit god-tier, like +Damage, +Multishot, +Status or something like that.
