I literally see no point in putting points into Q since it's only a 1% damage increase and healed dealt which isnt that big in reality. It's CD stays the same too. What I usually do is take Q first for the small trades/poke then W second.

I never knew that such fun was possible. Even better, I predicted that if I left Viegar open someone on the enemy team would pick him. And they did!!! I then ripped his tiny blue ass apart!!! It was glorious.

I've been playing this game for like 4 years, and I just had a game that made me realize I've never hated anything more than I hate Twitch jungle. It feels like such horseshit to play against.

I just had about as good as a lane matchup gets and then I realized I can't do anything because Twitch might be here. I can't play up, I can't trade and I can't push the wave unless I know for 100% sure that Twitch is elsewhere. Meanwhile other lanes lose and I simply can't "win" my lane to try to carry because it's just too fucking risky to ever play aggressive.

What the fuck are you supposed to as a laner vs Twitch? He has so much pressure all through laning. I can play safe easily enough but if it's a matchup where it's crucial that you win because other lanes are losing and you need to be able to either help them or carry, you don't really get an option. It's play aggressive and risk feeding a snowbally lategame hypercarry assassin ranged teamfight and 1v1 monster or play safe and watch other lanes fall apart around you

It just feels unfairly stacked against you unless every member of your team is on-point

Actual cho player here. This does nothing but fuck your 1-6 because you can't push without wasting all your mana. I have a hard time seeing how this will actually help as a whole. His kit is already designed to be "If I get in melee range of you, you die". Giving him % health damage isn't exactly going to make that any better when his fundamental problem is that if you miss your Q you WON'T get into melee range without your team's help or flash.
But I guess he's not broken because "muh max health xd" even though it won't be worth absolutely anything until 20 minutes in when you're actually allowed to auto attack people.

At level 1-6 Cho gets 3.5-4.75 mana every time he kills a minion and if you start DRing like you should then it's 7.5-11.75 mana per kill. Meaning that you get a SURPLUS of 15-40 mana each wave 1-6 just from using E which since it does a base of 60+12% max HP at level 1 should allow you to push decently enough. At least better than his nonexistent pushing power now. If you go oom from this change then you're a moron.

This is nothing but a buff. It doesn't address Cho's core problem of being an ancient design in a game oriented around mobility now but it helps him deal with the fighters and bruisers top lane. And hell it's a hefty buff to his jungle clear too which is nice.

how do you "improve" against that. for clarity i didn't die to a gank a single time precisely because I was making a point to never play aggro unless I knew where he was. by the time i was strong enough to go for all-ins every lane was losing anyway. the problem is he has so much pressure that even if he doesn't fucking gank he can force you to lose or at least go even in a lane that should be an easy win. with shaco you can see the puff of smoke and with eve it's easy to turn on her and her clear is garbage. twitch doesn't have either of those weaknesses and he also happens to scale into one of the strongest hypercarries in the game
