Meant to say this is used for farming Joey 30, the 4-stars can be any Normal Monster of 1650 attack or higher (minimum for hitting 10k with 2 Union with BEWD). The second BEWD is just to guarantee you don't end up fucked because it was your last draw.

Its all about lifepoint management. You don't have to get it low for the assessment, focus on staying alive. Ha Des, Necrofear and an equipped Malice Doll can all trigger Nutrient Z which is your best healing card. Enchanted Javelin is the most versatile though and would be my first pick for a Destiny Draw unless an attack over 2000 was obviously coming. Supremacy Berry when able helps. I think even just 1 Des Counterblow would would because you pick it up with Destiny Draw. De-spell prevent him killing himself with his own Burning Land towards the end. When you have 1 card left in the deck set Summoner and Windstorm.Then Card Breaker because its more useful than Caligo Claw Crow then Vassal combo.

I've tried this. The problem with this deck is your first draw need to be good since you will use your next draw for destiny draw-ing an exit (des counterblow, another defensive cards, benevolence/gravedigger, de-spell, etc). If you happen to draw first and it's not javelin/des counterblow/windstorm then you're a toast.

I've only lost with this once out of about 10 games. All due to Bakura having the Man Eater Bug first turn without getting the Gravity Axe in my opening hand

Shield & Sword your Labyrinth Wall on the last turn. He'll have 3500 ATK. Summon Piranha, Secret Passage him, then Riryoku the Wall to Piranha. He'll gain 1750 ATK. Dump your hand, set Gift of the Martyr, summon Grarl. Ditch Grarl with Gift, give Piranha the ATK. He'll gain 2500, and will now be at 5050. 5050 x 2 is 10100

This also works with Vassal and Union Attack, replacing the Matyr, Riryoku and Piranha for them. Don't have double Union though

Other minor update, don't be bad and run Ultimate Providence or Spell Purification like me. I'm replacing them with two Twisters the second I pull them. Wild Tornado also works, but I don't have those either!

Other things to mention:
-He runs 1 Man Eater Bug. This won't be an issue as long as you have Gravity Axe on your Labyrinth Wall
-You can afford a few turns without a way to remove Necrofear from the grave, don't get too nervous if you don't immediately open with Foolish Return or Benevolence. Just as long as you don't let that last letter get spelled
-Bakura runs two copies of Sword Of Dark Rites. If he equips both of them to Dark Ruler Ha Des, pop one with Twister or Wild Tornado. He'll be able to beat over Labyrinth Wall otherwise
-The De-Spells and Twisters are not just for that, but for the 3 Estoplasmer and the 1 Burning Land he runs. Destroy them as soon as they appear. You'll lose your Labyrinth Wall to Ectoplasmer, and Burning Land may kill him (or you) if you're not careful

He uses Poison Of The Old Man too, but that's negligible

36 is the best. Those decks are really annoying, but they lack a wincon. So long as you set up auto duel with a generic beatdown deck they will win. Memelords here will say to rank up for muh gems, but from those stages you get about 1500 gems, but also greatly reduce your auto duel win percentage, which is critical at times like this when an event is live. If you don't mind shitty drops (mostly gold) and extra grinding try to farm level 30 instead. Standard dino beaters with fusion/ritual will easily net you 7000+ DA per try. Overall you will get more event points than farming level 40 with 3000-4000 DA.

I have similar one but with some modification and got 8k-8.2k consistently.
- 1x piranha
- 2x ritual weapons
- 1x crawling dragon #2
- 1x rising energy
+ 1x secret pass to the treasure (unnecessary)
+ 1x gift of the martyr
+ 3x pot of benevolence

You cannot allow Bakura to have 3 monster on his graveyard or he will summon necrofear. Not really ruin your farm but could lower your score and he will get ectoplasm out. Bakura will use exchange if necrofear is not in his hand. If he does use exchange, try to have at least 1 dino or blue eyes in your hand. You could change secret pass with exchange (since last turn you will attack with buffed lancer and game with piranha anyway) or you could pot of benevolence back exchange to bakura deck and hope he use it again.

If your plan is to buff lancer with 2 ritual weapons and use its effect for bewd (lancer now 6500 atk), riryoku to piranha (piranha now 4050 ATK) then you'll need at least +950 ATK spell/trap card to get 9999 damage. I think only rising energy and assault spirits that can do this. But they need 1 extra card as rising need discard and assault need 1000 ATK monster. This will clog your hand since you need 8 cards for this combo.

I personally use gift of the martyr (N from chaotic compliance but I only have one after 50 packs). I usually have bewd + 1 dino on my second last turn. In the
last turn I sacrifice dino for lancer, summon piranha, riryoku + martyr bewd to piranha, activate lancer with bewd, attack bakura monster (if exist) with lancer, and game with piranha.
