I'm not sure how legit any of this is but here's what I generally do: First I make sure they're not too inclined to mash when at a disadvantage with the 1,1,2 confirm. Some people will just not accept it and keep trying to do some random move and get hit every time. If they start blocking I start going for more db4s. They might start high crushing with low jab or whatever instead of blocking, but either way this is when I start mixing in the hopkick. It's unsafe but not by too much and works well to get them scared of ducking in my experience. Basically, make it so I can actually use db4.
It's not uncommon for me to not get a launcher in once during a round so I think it's also important that I maximize the damage I can get. Getting the most out of common situations, like a wall combo after df1,2, proper combos out of low parry and CH 4, and a follow-up after CH db4. WR2 is super good. Good luck, hope some of this is helpful. I'm only Warrior on PC EU so you might be playing against better opponents than me anyway, depending on your region/platform.
