From what Ive seen the only shit tier TFs are Underworld and Pax
Underworld simply because its the edgy skin for people who wish they could play TF but dont have the patience and Pax because they got an exclusive skin for a champion they never plan on playing, unless its a known TF player like nose gore or sometimes tobias

Blood Moon is just the TF skin with the best effects so its a flip of a coin if its going to be a good TF or a bad one, I think enough times passed from the release where youd get TFs soley playing him to try the skin out and its just the flashiest TF skin available

other than those everyone else is pretty much on the same tier to be honest since only real TF players will use skins other than base/blood moon/underworld save for the occasional player who got a skin out of hextech/random skin

Talons a much better champion now, hes just a top laner so you have to go there and dominate every melee champion (minus fiora) and then snowball by running into the enemy jungler and killing them or going mid and killing that laner, your E lets you move around and escape any retaliation for free because it costs zero mana and has a negligable cooldown

you get free gankpaths that are impossible to ward for and your passive is busted

New Talon is more cancer than old Talon but less bullshit
he gets more mobility than any other champion in the game but in exchange trades his unfair aoe damage

thats because youre using your ult to get close instead of to escape

late you want to use ghostblade, edge of night, and E to position near a carry so you can oneshot them and then use your ult movespeed and stealth to get near your escape path
or plan out ambushes in the jungle

youre pretty much talking about problems all assassins have but Talon actually has an edge with the speed og his burst and AOE damage which most assassins just dont have

basically hes got options which all revolve around the E and using it properly, but knowomg how to combo efficiently is a huge part of just playing Talon amd mastering him, little things too like how your auto attacks increase duration of your passive procs making lvl 1 cheeses possible if you know what youre doing everyone knows about his lvl 2 burst but lvl 1 they think theyre safe
