She gets another +50% atk (which adds up to a total of whopping 110% atk) + her killers are slightly stronger.
Her Piledriver innate mod goes from 4x to 5x and adds another -25% earth resist on top of the 50%. BUUUT, she gains 7-hits basically making it the same as holy explosion only that she has way higher atk, versatility and Earth elemental is not as often resisted as Holy elemental.

The trio of Tilith/WoL/Rikku (and later enhanced Ramza) will basically be the cornerstone of the meta as far as support goes until Ayaka is released way down then line, and even the Rikku will still be relevant.

She's not the same kind of thing. She's a new kind of thing. She's not a reactive healer, she's a proactive one.

With Tilith what happens is:
-Boss does powerful AoE
-Two units are dead, three critically wounded.
-Tilith can heal the three or revive the two, but even if she revived them they can't do anything.

With Rikku what happens is:
-Boss does powerful AoE
-Two units die then auto-revive, three critically wounded.
-Can continue in stride, though the three are still critically wounded.

With Rikku + Tilith what happens is:
-Boss does powerful AoE
-Two units die then auto-revive, three critically wounded.
-Can continue in stride, Tilith heals everyone.

Now this doesn't mean you're invincible as long as you can cast the limit every turn because you can revive and then be killed again in a single boss turn (in fact it's quite easy to since you lose your DEF/SPR boosts), so it requires a well-rounded team of breakers and boosters and healers and Rikku. Usually WoL/Rikku/(healer, preferably Tillith)/Booster/Damage.

There is two other units, one who is slightly better and one who is slightly worse. Both are base 5*s.
Roy (100% buffs after 2 turns of singing, 110% buffs after six turns of singing--note that Ramza is actually superior for the first 2 turns of battle when Roy does not buff ATK) and enhanced Lunera (90% buffs), that is.
Nobody else does their job yet, far as I know.

It might be a better idea to swap out power of creation instead of blade mastery so that each of them have a large attack boost as soon as possible and since one of your Tiduses will probably have large sword mastery the other should have blade mastery. Also you'll probably want their other weapon to be non-elemental so you don't have to worry about trying to chain with the wrong element, at least once you get your brotherhoods.

Vayne's BE details dropped. He's a hybrid physical attacker. His best skills are an 8x 12 hit hybrid that also buffs the party's ATK/MAG by 90% and a single hit 540% physical skill that does Light damage. They require self damage reduction skills to be used before each use though.

He seems a little crummy overall. Pretty okay synergy with Orlandu though, he can finish Light chains.
