1) it isn't doing it right
2) it is doing something new that requires individual adjustments from emulator users or remix or whatever

In the case of 2) You need properly rooted memu to access and even see permissions of the folder or change the owner. Just having root mode on doesn't work. But with proper root on, you won't be able to start the game.
So what we would need, in the case of 2), is a way to proper root memu temporarily, fix the permissions/owner issue and then unroot it

You want to level his Dodge first of those two. With stargen, all you'll get is one more star per level, and a faster debuff cleanse, which isn't really that useful since Kojiro is so fragile. With the dodge, you'll get a larger crit damage buff, and at rank 10, you'll get a full turn of dodge every 6 turns.

Again, he's really fragile so you might not make it there if he gets focused, but Crit Damage is the bread and butter of an assassin like him
