Take a look at this. Evil sound bypasses accuracy which means you can use it on any mob and it will still deal damage. It's based on your own stats so the damage can be as strong as your evil performance but faster. I was 100 and leveled up to 121 in an hour using only a superior exp potion.

I've always found it to be backwards when I saw RO private servers have drop rates lower than exp rates. When exp rates are higher than drop rates, you exacerbate the typical situation in MMOs where you outlevel the area you're in before you ever obtain good drops.

When the rates are reversed, you might get a few rares along the way, and it only enhances the grind upwards.

Hmm, everything is going according to plan. THe one thing I enjoy the most is going into a character, finding their creative flaws, exploiting them, and seeing the vision I am aiming for. I didn't think Guardian Girl had much but holyshit she has become insanely high tier in the combo meta.

Is there a class that everyone wants to party with but nobody wants to play in LaTale?
I seem to be really attracted to these kinds of classes for some reason, had a blast playing a Dancer somehow in RO and many other games with roles that we're kind of a pain to play as.

The official server just kept catering to the casualbabbies and made the game completely braindead. Not to mention they keep pumping out new classes just to attract some whales to drop cash in to gear up their new characters. Balance is out of the window.

At this point, I think anyone who actually wants to play Maple just plays it for the nostalgia, so the pre-bb private server is generally the go-to.

Most leveling guides I've seen said questing is faster until about 120 then its better off to start grinding. If its your very first char I'd honestly quest all the way just for the raw ELY you gain from it since most grinding spots have shitty ely gain and since questing takes you just about everywhere you can get more Monster Card Index entries and more Item Codex entries.

Monster Cards give you stats that apply to your whole account. Same thing with the Item Codex.

Ignate in Elias handles registering items into the Item Codex but the success rate is pretty low. Basically don't throw away anything that has "Item Codex" in blue in its description since you can register those with Ignate for accountwide stats.

Oh boy that is a loaded question. Your mech would probably be the best character to focus on late gearwise if you're unsure of things. Considering how well he's doing currently and if you eventually use him as a farm character. Considering he's naturally fire damage you'd want kartel stuff, but look around on the net for a bit to make sure. You got like another week to sit on them so there's not much a rush.

Yeah probably. We just got infinity patch last month. Pretty sure we don't have Luke raid so we're missing a few things, and Korea's getting Knight's two remaining subs shown this summer. So more stuff. Depending on how they implement it, they could include it with luke raid or hold off.

I don't think they ever gave a reason but I were to guess its because the system was only really used for leveling and farming. It was pretty much useless in most endgame dungeons since most of them had it disabled so I guess they decided to just flat out remove it instead of having to balance dungeons around it in the future.
