If you had access to a mod that could let you do anything you could legally do in the game, so you couldn't set one card's stats to All Attack but you could mod in 10k guks, how far would you go? I was thinking about this, and the only thing I'd probably end up doing is giving myself a moderate amount of extra resources and changing the stats on my cards to be as high as they could so as not to completely ruin the momentum of the game.
