To begin with you'll be asleep or at work when they do their resets. I imagine if they're going to be smart about it, it'll be at noon or later for NA servers potentially up to 4 EST. With times adjusting to catch everybody when they're at work or school or whatever and clear up the server slots for people logging on during the surge.

The enrage timer in Susano is mostly a method to prevent you from having runs over a certain level of sloppiness/certain number of deaths and revives get a clear still. I've not really seen any groups have a clean/0 death run and hit enrage as of yet.

Personally I prefer FCoB's method of handling death punishment more, where the boss gains stacks for deaths or mechanic failures, it feels like a more organic punishment than simply hitting an enrage timer 3 minutes later with the boss at 1% hp.

You rarely cast cure on almost any sort of content, increasing the rate won't do shit to make plenary decent. Fuck, 5% is insignificant, just look at gathering, you can fail 5 times in row at 95%.

Raiding relies mostly on regen, medica I/II and cure III, even at a 25%, the rate is just too useless because you'll cast at best 20 cure I/IIs throughout 10 mins of raid duration.
Plenary needs to proc from multiple stuff. Hots from medica II/regen at a 10% rate and cure I/II at tops 50% rate (maybe your 25% for cure I and 50% for cure II) and to lose the fucking timer, nobody has the time to go through people to see if their plenary is about to expire, it's annoying, it's the reason why these stupid job bars were implemented to begin with.

To be fair, A8S was a fight that didn't really have a set 'Hard enrage by xx:xx time' that people ever realistically saw, it was just meet all the DPS checks during each phase in order to win.

* If memory serves, there was something like a 13:30 or 14:00 hard enrage timer where you would actually get 1 shot, complete with pop up message, but it was nearly impossible to see, as you'd have to sit in Brute Justice or Onslaughter phase for an extended period of time to see it.

The skill itself is fine, while leveling AST after getting my whm to 70, i realized that SE gave us a new type of ogcd healing that works in a timer and has to be planned in a way or another. I'm talking of plenary, earthly star and excogitation.

Earthly star is a delayed nuke heal that can be placed in time with enemy mechanics, best used with aoe busters. Excogitation is the same thing but best used with single target busters such as tank busters. Meanwhile plenary can be used on people that took damage but the proc rate is so low that is completely useless and it's best used as a "that guy has a confession and isn't topped off, time to use this shit". It's awful compared to the other 2.

That brings up another question: are primals on par with the elementals in that they're so far removed from the way mortals live that a Roe and a Lalafell would look exactly the same to them simply because they share a similar aether amount? The elementals can't even communicate with us in a traditional sense and need a Padjal to act as translators, and it's still up in the air as to what their real intentions are.
