By Otakon for sure. AX... maybe like 33% chance. The low number of slots make me doubt, though if they wait until the Itaru panel to announce the Itaru game and the Ran panel to announce the Moonstone game, it would free up slots (unlikely though). MG saving fujoshi pandering until Otakon would also make an Alicesoft announcement at AX a bit more likely, though since AX is a bigger convention than Otakon, AX is a better convention for such type of pandering. The Rance hardcopy having an early release at AX certainly sends mixed signals.

Feels like Evenicle. Rance is too obvious. The Dai games would technically work (though I doubt he would call Daiteikoku good). I would laugh if it was Galzoo, and at least it doesn't seem like a game in the Beat or Tsuma series. TTIII would be out tooI don't know if Pastel Chime fits for sure, but since they aren't known for being very lewd, I'd say they aren't likely.

Though, I was under the impression Aster only fucked his wives, and I remember Aru liking Blade Briders (though I don't really know the protag's personality).

If it wasn't an AS game, I would be pissed, but I don't see MG magically partnering with Eushully, not that I really know which eroge companies Aru likes besides Alicesoft.

Speaking as someone who legitimately enjoyed and hoped Haruka, it was a pretty bad move for Maria to guilt trip Rance players into buying Haruka. That kind of sentiment was already vaguely implied even if Maria didn't state it out loud, and Haruka would have sold well by its own merits.

However, even though I would prefer Rance Quest, I understand if Alicesoft or Mangagamer want to release more than just Rance and try to test the waters with other games that did well in Japan. Alicesoft is more than just Rance even if that's clearly their flagship franchise.

This is the poetic justice that never stops being funny. The only way it could be better if Maria steals GalZoo from under him and retranslates it.

Also, gonna guess Evencile too because the hints are all pointing to it. Quest could still be announced at Otakon though. It's in a good place right now.

The only problem I can see releasing Evenicle before Quest is that Evenicle is Quest 2 in terms of gameplay, so it would be a step backwards for anyone playing in release order.

At least it will be confirmation that no game will be too new for localization if Evenicle really does get localized, except maybe games made the year before. The main reason people thought so was because Haruka and Rance VI were games that both had budget editions.

It would be interesting if Evenicle was released, but its price was close to the Japanese download edition as opposed to the price MG normally charges for such games ($45-$50). I don't expect MG to deviate from that price, but who knows?

Could be Rance 01 from Arunaru and quest from Maria. Rance 01 is probably a gold mine since it's very short (aka less money to pay for the translations and other stuff), and with this being a Rance title, especially that it's the first game of the story, I feel like lots pf of people could be eager to buy it.
