I've been a long time FPS guy and I've been playing on the often 1600DPI x 2.5 sens which equates to an eDPI of 4000.

I noticed that some Korean Genji players play 10000+ eDPI.

Decided to try it, holy shit I can get kills with Genji now. He's just so much easier to play now and change direction easily.

Question--how does one evaluate his performance as Tracer? I used to feel as though I had a bad game as Soldier if I didn't have gold damage (elims too, but less so)--is it the same with Tracer?

In the few times I've been in 4-or-more-stacks I've found it incredibly fun, actually. Since they're friends they actually all know that everyone wants to try different things so while we all have specializations, we all get chances to play DPS, tank or healer.

90% of my play time is solo queueing and it's awful because quick play soloqueuers are the worst, most selfish kind of player and I have to play healer for five DPS far more often than anyone should. And in Comp, the more friends I queue with, the less likely it is for one of my teammates to get salty/throw/be an ass.

Regardless, are you genuinely this upset that people are treating a team game like a team game and actually working together well? Think about what you're saying, it's fucking dumb.

The key to being a good tracer is

- making consistent good use of her DPS and Sticky bomb (primarily targeting soft targets like healers and DPS)

- keeping the enemy guessing where you are coming from and diverting attention away from your teammates attack routes thus confusing the enemy

You must win the round while doing both of these to successfully use Tracer.

Her ultimate is either a Teleporter or a Shield Generator. Press Q to bring out the blueprint for a Teleporter, press Q to switch it to a Shield Gen, and back. Once you place it, it stays what you picked.

The Teleporter creates a portal in spawn, and then a portal where you place the Teleporter. This is a one way Teleporter that can only be entered on the spawn side. It has 6 uses before it disappears. If a point is taken, the Teleporter will disappear and a set percentage of ultimate meter will be refunded to Symmetra depending on how many uses the Teleporter has left (if there's 3 of 6 teleports left, she gets given 50% meter).

The Shield Generator gives all her teammates within a radius of 50m an extra 75 Shield health, that health will disappear if they leave the radius, will come back if they re-enter the radius. The Shield Generator has no usage limitations. If a point is taken, the Shield Generator will disappear and a full ultimate meter will be refunded.

Both the Teleporter and Shield Generator have 400 health - 50 Standard Health and 350 Shield Health.

Is Rein still hopelessly bugged? I played as him a little the other day and the bug where his hammer ult and shield don't do anything until the animation is completely finished seem more prevalent than ever. If you're the first to leave you lose a straight 50SR and are given a temporary suspension of like 10 minutes for a first offense. If someone on your team leaves and that countdown finishes you can leave without a suspension but you still get a loss and lose a regular amount of SR as if you lost the match anyways. I don't really care about Doomfist to be honest but think about it. Doomfist's gauntlet was featured in the first Overwatch cinematic, there are tonnes of posters about him on Numbani, a map that has been there from the beginning and Blizzard even added a little story line about his gauntlet being stolen etc.

Quickplay is just... so NICE, you could do WHATEVER you want and you won't have to worry about some number determining what teammates you get paired up with.
