Hope Sword honestly seems rather OP from what I've played with it. The biggest factors to this feeling are the 7k damage you can do with the finisher and incredible speed and damage on it even without any Strike investment.

Also, it's affected by souls "Great Saiyaman is Here!" which boosts the damage, and "This is Super Vegito!" which halts the ki drain for a while if you transform beforehand.

The latter will let you do the finisher for free as well, but it'll still take the sword away.

And, as you'll see here, "FINISH!" is gone now, so finishes are more screenshot friendly.

Have they given even a slight idea/hint at how big FighterZ's roster will be? Or if it's going to be a one-shot or an ongoing series? I'm trying to contain my hype before knowing more about it.
If it's just gonna be like one game with 12 characters or some shit I'm not on board. I only bought the first BlazBlue because I knew it would be a series with more characters added later, but fuck was it boring in those early days of CT's tiny roster.

-It's unblockable and can't be perfect blocked either as far as I can tell.
-It can interrupt supers, basic attacks and probably just about anything that doesn't have armor.
-If used to interrupt something, the stun is slightly longer, which allows for followups.

Nigga goku didnt care about avenging his race or even gave a shit that all of his race was killed he didnt even care about his heritage. Gokus main thing has always been fighting the strong guys and saving and avenging his friends and earth. He could give a shit less about where he came from.

It seems that the stun varies though. In PQs when fighting patrollers it seemed to stun for only a bit of time giving the opponent enough time to attack once you close in or start to attack, but here it looks like it stuns long enough to get off a stamina break (maybe its just the speed of fem saiyan breaks).

Also in testing with cabba it seems the stun is for a short time as well. I thought maybe it was based on how long you held the button down but thats not the case.

Im not discounting the move or calling it useless mind you, but i do think it requires further testing and research.
I know it can work pretty well with some different race combos too because of how quick and precise it is when used and combo into other moves like aura slide, etc
