I wouldn't describe it as such. TB is the Turkish Embassy of /mbgg/. You've got some anons that have been playing it since release, and a few people that picked it up at some point. Every so often we get a few people picking it up or putting it down. Nobody really gets hyped about it, though. TB has always been a slow burn. It doesn't have the constant churn of new events and limited gacha to generate excitement.

I'm sure there are people looking forward to it as I am. There are new elements that could prove interesting. A new story chapter, or whatever they refer to it as, every week and the narrative potential could perhaps lend it to a more ongoing relevance here.

I think the timing based combat system is great, but the timings never change. once you get used to hitting the "BEST" sweet spot, you just do the timing over and over again. without any randomization to the timings, I can't see how this combat system is any different from a standard turn based system like AG.

To me the thing holding it back has to be the bad gacha rates and the fact that their gacha tickets are even more garbage and have lower rates than the actual gacha. I like that there's at least some skill, albeit only a small amount, involved in keeping chains going so you can do more damage on the EX floors to beat harder levels with lesser units but both of my girls are hammer users so I don't have to deal with the sword monotony or the annoying gun timings.

The game could be saved in the same way that BGHS was saved, a better gacha and changing the inputs for attacks based on what weapon you have equipped and not just what weapon type.

Not really, I have a total of zero problems with the combat and it has a lot of room for improvement. Whats holding the game back is the gacha and Square-Enix.

The game is amazing, the girls are amazing and everything is so super high budget but details like AP being 1 VP/10 min, 1% UR rates, needing dupes to LB without there being an universal LB item is whats going to kill the game.
Most of us aren't playing these games for the engaging gameplay or deep and complex mechanics they have to offer but for the simple purpose of collecting cute girls. And if the game denies us this and makes you feel like crap for missing stuff you really wanted then why even bother playing a game that makes you feel like shit?

If you can live with just SSRs in this game and they don't nerf the 6 single roll guaranteed SSR "glitch" I think they can make money and do well and improve the combat later. As a note, resident lord beat floor 30 with two MLB SSRs and an MLB SR. SR Aya has one skill but it's heal acid and sp boost so once you get it started it loops into itself pretty fast.

The classes change their lines because you're changing their personality when you do it, all the emotions are different for each girl and the purple ones are always "negative".

The game calls it classes, but they're really just titles that give passive bonuses if the 1st and 2nd slot characters have one equipped. To equip or change one you have to go to the bottom left icon in the Room (プロフィール) and click the yellow button.

You obtain them by leveling a characters Feel to a certain level. A character's main Feel color requires level 15 to unlock while the other Feel colors require level 20. It is currently unknown whether their are more classes that can be unlocked at later Feel levels.
