Why aren't there any new guilds that ever advertise themselves as beginners looking to get good? It's understandable if everyone begins as a shitter but there are of course new players who are working hard to improve their pools and then there are casual players who don't really put much effort into the game and therefore stay shitters months down the line. I see this problem happening in many guilds where it's obvious there are a few anons who are improving at a decent or quick pace but then some anons are making almost no progress at all.

"Leechlists" shouldn't be something people should be ashamed of but rather something to be proud of. Each month, you can see yourself racking more points as you get stronger, along with seeing how your guild is progressing as a whole. It's extremely discouraging though when you see the same people in your guild never doing their best, but since these people have been around for a long time and have become friends with others in the guild, it'd feel awkward to call them out or try to kick them for their leeching.

New guilds should definitely advertise themselves as hard-working or something rather than just casual. It might take much longer to fill this way, but a guild of 10/30 hard workers is basically the same as a guild that's 30/30 but 20 people are leeching anyways.

Well, the topic was about newer guilds so absolute lowest level sounds about right. What I mean is that even if someone doesn't have a strong pool to contribute much in NMs, beginners should progressively be getting stronger to the point where they go from being able to solo VH eyes, to soloing VH dog, to EX dog, to EX+ dog, and so on. It's very understandable for a new guild to barely have any players who can even scratch top 80k due to majority of them being unable to kill even EX dog consistently, but a few GWs down the line, they should be able to at least kill EX+ dogs. It's just disappointing to see guilds like Cowfags possessing a few members who've obviously made progress these past few months and can even hit top 20k versus some players who have still yet to hit top 80k.

What would be really neat to see is a new guild that starts off as complete shitters turning into a strong guild that, within half a year or so, can get all of their members into the top 80k of a GW. Something like that would blow the fuck out of many old guilds that still can't get their entire roster leechfree.

That wouldn't happen without extreme luck because half of those people who originally started would burn out and quit before progressing that far. You would never be able to get an entire group of <rank50 players selected at pretty much random to stick with the game for long enough, so the people who did stick with it would end up having to recruit more and more along the way as the original people leave.

Them not following the story is literally the reason the anime is trash. The magna islands are generic as fuck but the story picks up and gets good around Yugu Malice, when the Akasha Arc gets going.

He's absolutely right. The story in the beginning is completely generic, and it does only get good later on. If they were smart they would have rushed through the first islands so they could reach the actual arc, then slowed down.

As it stands the anime is generic as all hell, and all they did with changing the story and adding filler episodes was make it even longer before we can get to the legitimately interesting parts of the story. I really would not be surprised if the anime doesn't make it to Agastia at all.

Anime aren't made to adapt the "good parts" of the story. That's a fact. The point of anime is promoting source material and introducing it to the newbies. Being generic and adapting early parts of the story was the best thing they could have done. The problems arose when they started changing the story significantly in Auguste because director's attempt at making it different sucked.

My post wasn't any worse than his when it comes to arguments. If you don't provide any proper arguments don't expect getting more than "you're wrong". I actually pointed out every single part where he was wrong.
