The thing you're not realizing is that these are subjective. Someone may want Ember, who according to your list would be one of the last, because of her design or precisely because she's only good for lv1~50 content, which few other frames can do as efficiently as her. Maybe someone wants Titania because they find her fairy gimmick fun rather than actual usefulness, even though her guns do decent damage.

Maybe someone doesn't want to get Mesa, Nidus, Ivara, etc. first even though they're good because of the large grind behind them. Maybe someone doesn't want Trinity first because support roles are boring as shit, especially Trinity.

Whether you should trash a frame or not should be an automatic no, but if it's necessary it should be based on what you dislike to play or hate the most, not a list, and whether you should get a frame or not depends on whether you want it and if you're ready for the possible grind.
