Every class with the damage cap removal, is somewhat viable now. The old cap made it so classes that attacked slower were at a distinct disadvantage because they they'd hit cap but other classes hit faster. Now those slow classes have higher %s so the damage evens out, somewhat.

If you want fast attacks, lots of crits, and mobility, I would recommend dual blader, or phantom. Phantom is incredibly flashy, and can steal skills from the explorer classes (the original ones) to use, including buffs like holy symbol. Dual blader uses LOL2KNIVES.

Pretty much every class has great mobility, they all have flash jumps to make traversing maps a lot simpler and less of a slog.

male full support crusader is the best class in the game for party play, it has its own dedicated tier in tier lists that it only just now started to share with... female crusader
keep in mind that you don't really support by healing in dfo, instead you give people stat buffs and increase their damage
a good crusader can multiply a party's damage output 30fold
you do however have an aoe healing skill later on which is used in a few spots of raid so it's not like healing doesn't exist
we also recently got a rework that makes battle sader worthwhile, so you will be able to level decently as well
battle sader is a really good damage dealer, but people expect you to be a buff bitch if you party
hybriding doesn't work because the main buff of battle sader actually completely disables your other buffs
keep in mind dfo has free skill resets with zero strings attached so you can change builds (outside of dungeons) whenever you want
if you actually like playing crusader your dfo career is basically set

the other three priests are kind of meh
avenger and monk are both a lot better than they used to be but still
meh

knight has two very unorthodox classes that don't really play like anything else
if you can stand it they both make good mains, chaos more so than elven knight but elven isn't exactly bad either

male launcher is pretty good but basically the opposite of melee
male ranger only exists so koreans can pour their entire salaries into him, very good with funding but in this case funding implies more than a mortgage, not likely to change since his playerbase only likes him as a money dump
male mech is mostly used for the tempester assist to level alts easier but that feature gets removed in a later patch so i wouldn't bother if that's the only reason you want one, class itself isn't too bad

I wish, all my gear is irrelevant garbage compared to other people, since the start of season 3 all those pots aside from one up there are all regular pots/wonderdrugs/buff food you have to deal with in endgame, I don't even have stocks of that shit anymore because I haven't played. That's funny because every single comment section in those databases give Elsword a shitty review. The only people giving Elsword any sort of a positive review are those that always try the game for an hour and call it fun for its mechanics (which they are) but never truly step into the end game content where everything goes to shit. Elsword is a fucking shit game.

The game is certainly dead on 4chan, general died out because everyone stopped playing it. The game is also most certainly dead on NA and Void, especially if you step into the end game queues where there isn't a single soul in sight. Lets also not forget the numbers for Elsword are pathetically low on steam, one of the biggest game platforms with millions of users playing f2p games. Some database with 200 reviews isn't going to change that.

MapleStory is objectively far better than LaTale, which many of you fags are hyped for.

LaTale has significantly less XP gain from mobs, no PQs, and it's basically only running shitty instanced dungeons that make exp for the last half of the levels, really. It's very lonely, very monotonous, and above all it's boring. Incredibly boring. Maple's grinding is bad, but it's bad in a way that you can look away and just mash your mobbing skill and clear shit. in latale you aren't afforded that luxury, you have to actually pay attention and it's a god damned chore because of it.

It wasn't always like this, not all classes can do it and it depends on where you train. I know because I played a Bishop, doing bottom Newts you had to pay attention while I just sit back and buff. But when I was doing Himes I had to mob and lure them to my party member so they can just kill it. They literally sit in one end of the map and hold down a button.
In LaTale it's pretty much the same. You go from one end of the map and lure everything and it does need to use more skills to kill everything, like spamming 3-5 skills whereas in MS it's just 1 or 2.
