To the anon that recommended me elder logs:
In slightly less than one hour I got 713K worth of logs. Only woodcutting boosting equipment I had was my crystal hatchet with the Honed 4 perk.
I was kind of hoping for a bit more gp/h but considering how afk it is it's probably relatively good. I want to try incandescent and cursed energies next but I'm not sure if they're AFK-y enough and the possibility of getting pked at cursed energies is also a bit deterring.

The dps is pretty much equal to ascensions because of needle strike, for 10x the cost.

In solo content where you can't have teammates apply puncture stacks for you, the utility of the extra range is generally more useful than the ~3% dps boost of sgb.

Even though you have bank tabs the bank system still treats your bank like one giant list of items.
So when you select "tab 2" it's really saying "show the player's items starting at [item 22] and ending at [item 79]"
When you withdraw an item from the bank all the items below it flow up by one position and sometimes this happens before your bank updates (Tab 2 ends at [item 78] now) and the first item of the next tab displays

If you're really unlucky (DC, bank closes, etc) this update never occurs and all your tabs get fucked

Yeah I don't know how/why you'd be struggling against them. I guess you'd be best off praying against magic and bringing a few prayer pots. Recommended inventory would be something like a Grand Ranging potion, 2-3 Prayer Pots, 1-2 Infernal Urns, an Aggression Potion if you're lazy like me, ~20 Monkfish if you need em

I can see why. Crystallizing grenwalls is pretty fast as well, though. Once I motivate to do it, I'll be able to do 90-99 in one 15.5-hour session.

Is there any cheese way to level dg? I'm at 64 and need 75, it's like pulling teeth. Just doing the same rooms over and over and over again.

I take it you got those numbers from the wiki, am I right? With various easily accessible boosts you can easily reach over 1M+ hunter xp/hour at tortles. I'm not 100% sure on this one but I believe the general consensus is that with all available bonus (except bonus XP) the rates are between 1.1 and 1.2M xp/h depending on the quality of the spawn and the players' ability to keep up
On top of that I also personally find it to be ten times more enjoyable than crystallising grenwalls. It's a lot more straight forward and doesn't require the same degree of improvisation

Yeah, that's where I got the number from. The wiki contradicts itself on the tortle page itself and says basically what you just said, though.

Outfit and enhanced stick grant 1.11x, which results in 740k/hour assuming a base of 666k. Memegame outfit results in another 13k for 753k exp/hour. Does the +7 arctic bear boost really make up the last 147k+ exp/hour? The wiki doesn't even include the familiar in the boosts to get over 1m/hour, which doesn't make sense.

QBD, Royal xbow + dragonbane ammo, 85 herb highly desirable (83 w/ boost) but not necessary.
There are a billion guides and stat recommendations for QBD, but you can get by in royal dhide no problem.

Until you already have t90 weapons, t80 armour and the required prayer/herb/summon, bossing is pointless. Just do slayer to get the stat up until you have enough money for ascension crossbows, 96 prayer, 96 herb, 96 summ.

Isn't prefer just double the weight of the monster? If that's the case it would definitely be better to prefer the highest weight monsters so that your prefer slot adds the most weight and you end up witht eh highest chance per task overall of a good task.

You're right, that does get the most out of the prefer slots. My point was that you'd be getting those tasks often anyway, so you could use prefers on other good/enjoyable tasks to get a reasonable amount of both. I'd really need specific numbers to determine how optimal (or suboptimal) that is, however. If there's a comprehensive list of slayer exp/hour for all of Morvran's tasks, then it would be a simple weighted sum.
