3 new classes

>electrician - alternate engineer
150 hp/pyro speed
primary - lightning rifle
20 magazine gun that has accuracy slightly lower than the shotgun, has 60 ammo in reserve
doesnt shoot in automatic mode, but shoots faster than shotgun

secondary - taser pistol
10 mag size
its damage is comparable to the pistol but it has better fall off damage
fires the same way as the lightning gun, semi auto, faster fire rate

melee - wrench but with sciencey doohickeys on it

he can set up shield projectors that function like mvm shield but are smaller and round
they have 300 health, and take damage just like buildings
allies can shoot through them, enemies damage them, but still can walk through them
you cannot set up two projectors near eachother, only behind
they take time to setup

he can build hoppers, they act like small bounce pads that shoot you mostly horizontally and quite far
you have to stand on one for a bit before it activates
he can also build dispensers
his buildings can be sapped
he can repair engineer's buildings and vice versa

>commando - solly/demo mix
225 hp/slower soldier speed
primary - rpg
shoot arced projectiles that explodes in impact, has clip size of 3, speed of liberty launcher

secondary - flak shotgun
stats identical to shotgun except it shoots 6 projectiles instead of 10, not hitscan
projectile damage is 10 so damage is identical
benefit is that projectiles explode and deal damage even if you miss
drawback is that its not hitscan

melee - his boot

>mender - alternate medic
175 hp/pyro speed
primary - over/under shotgun
functions a lot like the fan but is more accurate

secondary - health kit with 10 second recharge time, can use on self to recover health or throw it

thrown down kit heals teammates 66% of their health and gives them a short health regen

it poisons enemies with DoT like bleed, and they receive 25% more damage from other sources
kits are team colored

melee - oversized scalpel

To actually get it to work you'll neet to noclip to the command booth and click the play button.

Don't clip around near the sides of the control booth perpendicular to the track, there's a pair of brushes that exclude you from getting put in a kart. If you do trigger them if you clip around the top of the fire watch tower there's a reset trigger up there.

That's the holding box for the competitors, I can get it to boot you out of a cart when you're in there but it'd cause problems when I call you up to race. I haven't really gone deep into the genre, but I liked a couple from king crimson, in the hall, larc's tounge in aspic, three of a perfect pair. Floyd's Wall, Dark Side, and Final Cut are all fairly eventual. I couldn't tell you if the saxaphone was used on any of these, as I don't really hear them normally anymore.

I also like to do the same thing with Laurie Anderson's Big Science and Mr. Heartbreak, but that's outside the genre

It's not a patch, but a proposed list of changes.
Most of Demoman's problematic items have been addressed in earlier balance patches, only thing I can really see them do is re-work the Claymore again.

melee should always serve as last resort and third degree gives you a chance to be better in all situations you would use fire axe instead and basically same goes to ubersaw vs stock or amputator

I don't know why everyone has a hard on for the Ubersaw either. Nobody sane actually mains medic, and then people go medic in dire times of need. Which means they are going to screw up the timing, because they are used to a different melee speed. Getting your second hit 20% earlier is pretty important is also a fairly good thing. Actually surviving is so much more valuable in most situations than getting 25% uber. Especially if you use other Medi guns.

Originally it was straight +3. If you were gaining 1hp per second after taking damage, if you switched to the saw you got 4hp per second. Didn't matter if you took damage or not, you got that instant regen.

They changed it along with the camper and conch, but it WASENT supposed to be. But no one really uses it/no one complained a ton and so valve just didn't fix it. Still haven't.

So he's it works as you said (giving 1hp per sec, before going up to 3hp per sec when out of combat) but it should just give you the flat +3hp regen.
