How does Heracles' defenses work in regards to KoO? I know the Nemean Lionskin would make it so that anything man-made will bounce off, so that's obvious but I'm not certain if God Hand would build an immunity to the NP instead of the specific weapons.

Shirou isn't any stronger, the idea of tracing str is both entirely beyond him at that point/route, and basically a total meme in the first place born through flower text.

In Fate route the swords do all the work, with his body just being dragged along for the ride and being ripped apart and broken in the process. He even says its just the sword moving as though trying to mimic the actions of its original owner. He's still just a weak human being whipped apart by his own ability. In Fate route he has basically no real skill in using his ability.

No, the Nine Lives scene has Shirou note that he needs to finish off all of Heracles' lives in a brief moment. Each hit of his Nine Lives is a consecutive fatal blow since it's meant to counter things you need to kill a lot of times in a single moment.

CCC event is literally part of EoR it turned out, it ties into the plot of FGO as a whole. If you want to find out what happened to one of the four escaped pillar demons mentioned during Solomons temple and one of the seven Beasts, then you gotta play this event.

Its was the longest, most serious, and most character driven event to date with the most effort put into it. Its almost hard to call it an event aside from it being limited time only. Nasu was probably feeling left out since they benched him during EoR, so he ended up writing the longest event to date.
