Both really good , one isn't necessarily meta-tier. Hope BSB2 has AoE dispel which is kinda situational, and chance to interrupt on initial cast, I think. The +Holy is nice but as far as Hope is concerned it's just kinda there. Ramza's USB has a unique stat buff stack and instacast, I'm getting really addicted to using it as an RW from everyone here who has it.

If I had to say one thing that Vaynefag did wrong, it's that he thought pulling on luckies was a bad idea. You see, if you don't have good enough shit to clear every challenge possible at the highest level WITH Vayne in your party, then the logical conclusion is that Vayne can't have done everything right if he can't even clear every challenge right.

One of Vaynefag's most common arguments is that the party only defeated Vayne by right of plot, but if Vaynefag can't even demonstrate himself that Vayne is capable of leading his party to victory from Ultimate to Apocalypse+ then I would say it's not as far-fetched as you might think that Vayne was not the all-powerful hero he's claimed to be. And if the usual "things out of his control" argument is used, that's bullshit -- because this was something a certain someone, i.e. Vaynefag, could control: by actually rolling on good deals that would allow characters supporting the True Hero to enable victories.

A ruler cannot rule if he rules over nothing, not even vassals to aid him, even though the path of Vayne was clearly misunderstood such that he often only had Venat actually helping him. So why didn't Vaynefag fulfill his responsibility and pull on lucky draws when in the first place he ended up having thousands of mythril left over anyway after he got Larsa BSB and 8* Vayne relics? Absolutely disgusting.
