The idea behind this dude is that he's a Powder Keg who joined the Confederates. I really like the lore behind the Powder Kegs so I went for the most brvtal weapons I could find. The fashion just looks good with the goggles on my character. Originally I wanted to make him look all tattered and cobbled together, like Junkrat or something, but I couldn't really find fashion that suited that.

Okay, the events of his hunts which remain undisclosed or I'm too lazy to develop it pissed off literally everyone. His old troupe went their separate ways, whether developing a mercenary army, going into public office, farming, you get the idea. Phineas decided to open a pawn shop/antique store in a small town he found while wandering after the matters, when he fended off an unruly beast. The town offered their protection and defense from those seeking him as a result, calling himself "Finn." Cainhursts and Executioners alike came searching for him, but the town, right on the border between the two groups' territories, managed to drive them away empty-handed. He kept this life for some twenty years, before an old friend arrived on his doorstep.

One remaining member of the group, Northerner Klaus, another one of my guys, decided to remain in the business should they ever be needed again, sort of like Rorschach in Watchmen. The issue was, they were needed again. Someone was hunting down members of their old team, and murdering them in ritualistic ways. At the same time, a young hunter and native Yharnamite sprang up on Klaus' radar, seemingly unaffected by the usual Yharnam madness despite being a native.
Never bothered developing it much past that, but it ends with Phineas finishing his days after the second hunt in his old shop in the town, arriving back to visit the town's head, the one who first offered him a place there, pass away peacefully.

I would make it closer to dumb cunt's build and just forget about using Bloodletter on the same build if you want that much skill for untricked.

Most any build will work, but not something like the Chikage or Bloodletter. You could stick with Blt for guns, though.
As for armor, I'd stick with the garb and one of the helmets, but something like Gascoigne's Gloves work well, and any dark-colored trousers. I name all my guys "Defector."
The beauty is that they're so unorganized, but they could have been an incredibly powerful troupe if they retained even a little organization.

Post it. Honestly if you wanted to reroll with the letter you should do BLT/STR. Untricked bowblade won't be good for a main but with watcher temperings it'll definitely be good enough for an untrick poke in between arrows. If you wanted to main it, pick it up on your SKL build misu? The untricked letter will be decent. Most people don't untrick it but I like to just for variety. Plus big guns with big damage.

What's the best option for converted weapons at twink levels? One of the gems would be an Isz watchers +27.2% triangle. My ARC stat is way too low to make good use of cold abyssals so I need good radial gems. I guess for fire I could farm watchdog of the old lords for 24.8% radial and waning fire gems, but for the bolt and arcane radials, should I just get the 23.1% gems off bone ash hunters?

Started a bloodtinge build, gonna kill logarius right after witches at around level 40.
I will be using evelyn and chikage to start with.
Can I stop playing the normal game after that and just grind dungeons with materials I find in them until lvl 80ish?
Will obviously grab the blood rocks later on, but the early goal is a +7 chikage.

With the DLC you can get a +9 weapon right after Amelia. I always do CD's asap so you can go ahead. Lower Pthumeru layer 2 fattie drops good early cursed gems.
