I got most of the moves i use from the link in the OP, but I picked up others like u+3 or f+4 and then the four different combos you can do off of that move, like for instance f+4,3 looks confusing as fuck and closes a lot of distance and hits low, 1 is a nice high quick slap

When you block something safe and think you have frame advantage is a good time to use lows like d3. Or after you land a move that's plus. It's neutral on hit so jabs and df1,1 will beat a lot of things. Or you could try to predict your opponent mashing jab or downjab and crush them.

When SFIV came out, it brought a bunch of people who were new to fighting games into the genre. Theyu had no fundamentals and were all pretty much scrubs. They were called 09ers because that's when they started playing fighting games.

09ers have been bullied online for 8 years now, so they were excited to finally not be the butt of everyone's jokes when SFV came out last year and brought in the next giant group of new players. Except that didn't happen. So now 09ers are desperately trying to make '16ers' a thing despite there not really being any 16ers because the only people who cared about SFV were the people who played SFIV, and the only people who care about Tekken 7 are the people who's probably been playing since the PS2 era.

LOL. That's like not including Ryu in a SF. It would be suicide for the game. Look at SCV. It's a mistake they won't repeat.

Lars Alexandersson has to be one of the most aggressively annoying Mary Sues (or Marty Stu, if you prefer) I've ever seen in a video game. It's as if the developers tossed him up into a tree, and he hit all the Mary Sue branches on the way back down.

To wit: he's absurdly skilled to the point of implausibility (and that's saying something, considering what game universe he's in). He hijacks the plot from series mainstays -- even forcing one of them to become the villain -- and through some arm-wrenching of the canon he's revealed to be a relative of said mainstays with none of the drawbacks. Barring the occasional villain, everybody loves and fawns over him in spite of having the personality and charisma of a two-by-four.

He's just such a misfit in the Tekken universe that it feels like the game's masterminds had to crowbar him in however they could. His design is incongruously silly compared to the rest of the cast (and again, that's saying something), and worse yet, his fighting style is like something lifted out of any given anime instead of at least trying to be realistic like most of the other Tekken fighters. Just looking at him gets me riled up...although being able to hit him with the occasional Phoenix Smasher eases the sting.
