Also I personally don't think that support junglers are good in lower elos.

Usually my Nunu routing depends on what lane is the most volatile, so that I can gank / countergank it at level 3.
For example, if top is something like ignite Quinn vs Renekton, I want to start bot side, make my way up and gank.
In general however, you want to focus more on the bot side of the map for an early drake.

Nunu ganks are dogshit, so your job is mostly to try and predict the enemy jungler and countergank, or empty his jungle if he's not in it.
If your ADC isn't retarded he should be able to enter god mode come mid / late game with your zoning + red hands.
Plus very often you'll be able to sneak baron for free, especially if you managed to snatch a mountain or two.

Honestly, I'd suggest you play like Kha'Zix or Olaf or Amumu, those can carry and gank very well.

Pick Nunu up in like high gold / plat, and learn to make shot calls, that'll help you become a better player and also just straight up wins you games.
