I play it with two Aegis as a second win condition. It's pretty much the same it's always been, just a bit more difficult to cull shadow's field now, and if you don't draw into Aegis, Bahamut kills you automatically. I'd say Blood is probably the worst matchup if you're going second because of how strong of a field they can get by turn 5, and since Elana lacks the Storm to finish them off when they reach 10.

Just like DE, if you don't draw Elana and get a chance to play it, it's tough to win. That being said, it's fun to play. Haven's always been my favorite class, and I've been getting bored of Storm variants and Seraph, so I went back to Elana recently. I recommend it. I also tried a Saha/Luci/Israfil variant, but it had mixed results.

Neutralcraft is a dumb idea. I don't play the game to have generic cards be more than 50% of my deck.

Belph is not worth 2 paltry draw unless you're playing a full blown KYS deck.

For the most part, all card libraries have incomplete basic curves. With only 13 cards per xpak this is a serious problem. A serious problem they're ignoring to hamfistedly fail to push neutral memes. The cards simply aren't there for it and in many cases they simply don't function with the class mechanic. As a whole, the required play power of a turn to be competitive has skyrocketed which further destroys variety and the chances of you winning or recovering at all if you don't nut. It's basically curvestone. The RoB and TotG metas killed off most of the honest funloving folks leaving a pool of 70% of the playerbase being just netdecking bandwagon cancer ensuring that the first 2 months of WD will be absolutely insufferable if you weren't interested in piloting cancer in mirror matches. A ton of the legos and golds are unplayable memes making it harmful to open WD packs beyond filling out your silvers.

KMR's damage control, I mean FOURTY SIX "birthday"packs isn't going to save it. People are going to dump it hard within the first week of launch just like TotG's and it's going to dumpster as people only show up for log-in's and FREE PAX all over again.

The only craft that I would seriously say is getting cucked by Cygames is sword. Neutral sword is getting some buzz, but it's awful that there's no Gawain support, zero commanders excluding Cinderella. And 5ppcraft in general.

They're going full Johnny with Forest, trying to kill Roach dependency. Unfortunately, most of the cards are meh just because of how seriously roach limits design space. But I think a pretty good amount of decks can be taken seriously.

Blood is getting absurd cards that are great standalone and synergize with the rest of their mechanics. This is easily the worst thing about this expansion.

But I think Haven is getting slept on pretty hard, both legends look great, and the rest of the released cards are either transparently powerful or add much needed support to older archetypes.

Shadow and Dragon got the least support, as expected

Blood got the most support even though it already got a fucking bunch in TotG

Forest and Sword got the most neutral support. Sword looks like the best neutral deck by far, Forest might be able to ride the neutral coat-tails as well.

Rune got almost nothing except slightly better dirt cards. Haven got Storm/Tempo support which could end up doing alright.

Too many 4-drops, if you're not going Vengeance or Aggro then there's little point to the masks. Temptress is useful, but she's no longer your Control Blood stall target. Emerelda fufills what she does more offensively and earlier. Queen Vampire besides being 2 wards really has no synergy with your deck. Too many Revelations and Diabolic Drains in a non-vengeance focused-deck.

Hey Shadowbros, remember when I posted about this game a couple of days ago?

Well, after making a few high-quality (not QUALITY) posts on their Steam forums, one of the devs has now invited me to be his Steam friend. This is huge! I now have a chance to possibly influence them to change the game for the better or maybe to even adopt more anime art. So far, the only overlap they have with Shadowverse is that they both have a Lucifer card but theirs looks like pic related.
Now that I've gone through the whole tutorial, I will say that the gameplay style is alot more flexible. Imagine if Forest's bounce was a normal mechanic for all classes in the game.
