Why aren't you playing Tekken? It's a high IQ game where each character has a lot of tools to deal with every situation. Thus when you lose it's your fault because you had the answers to deal with your opponent and just didn't pick them enough. Vs a cluster fuck matchup like Gief vs Sim where the Sim can take significantly less risks to win and has more options than Gief at almost any point during the game?

The netcode is absolute unredeemable trash. Played against a friend somewhat close to where I live, both wired connections, and the input lag is very noticeable.
The survival mode is very fun though, you can upgrade your character through powerups. Also it's a fun game to trainingboar.

Even all of the rushdown characters in injustice 2 play differently and have their MEANINGFUL and UNIQUE gimmicks. Batmans blockstrings, parry, double jump and mechanical bats, robins setups, green arrows retardedly strong mixups etc etc. Tekken characters are practically palette swaps in comparison and you can boil 99% of them down to artistically lousy male character with melee attacks
