First turn that 2m into 3-4m today by buying runes and feathers at stores and selling them on GE.

Buy a crystal halberd. Do slayer until you have enough to buy full bandos. Do more slayer until you can wield T85s. Buy blades of nymora/avaryss. Boss in GWD1 until you can afford a lance. Boss in GWD2 until you have enough raise buyable skills like prayer and herb.
Farm QBD at 85 herb. Farm until you have Nex sets and Nox weapon. Farm rax and telos from there on.

There's literally nothing wrong with any restricted game mode. The people that come up with them and have fun with them aren't vocal about it because they're too busy having fun with them. The problem is when they gain exposure and idiots come along, try it out, and then get mad that it isn't as easy as playing normally. Back in the day I made a DIY account (before the official ironman mode) and played with other people who did the same thing; no one was complaining about the type of shit modern ironman accounts do. We just had fun. Sure, you can say it's a waste of time and people are stupid for doing it, but it was still fun and was a fresh alternative to the main game.
