also why does my game freeze and stutter and lag, I never had this problem with HOTS or WOL

i have 8gb ram, i7 4790k, and a 960gtx

ive reinstalled drivers, reinstalled the game on different drivers, ran memtest, and i run all settings on low

but I get random freezes then I die to banelings wtfffffffffffffffff
