well, final update from 1st run ever, own kingdom anon:

the final push on Vaegris big towns was really easy, I was expecting a lot of casualties for my huscarls (thats why I got like 120 before this final war) from the vaegris archers/huntsman on the sieges, but in total I lost only like... 30 or so, while conquering Reyvadin and Curaw, Jeirbe castle and Yruma Castle. for some reason, this last castle, Yruma, was really triggering the khenate because they declare war on me and start perma sieging it, non stop. So I just garrison my huscarls, got my 170 Swadian Knights army and crush them outside, on the plain snowy terrains was really easy, in total I crushed like 1200 units, from various armies. all my 6 big towns have 150 nord trained footman + 100 rhodoks veteran crossbows, and Dhirim a bit more: 150 nord trained footman + 100 rhodoks veteran crossbows plus 250 swadian footman. I have like 140 huscarls and 180 swadian knigths for my personal army, switching them depending on needs. Finally got 10 vassals, all positive reputation with me (there is one with +100 no homo) and some of them, the older ones, have really big armies, like ~250 or more. wealth is 900k, all lordly gear, all companions full plate mail, etc.

like I said before, at this point, I dont see the need of keep playing this save. I have my objetive, the entire north and 6 big towns I wanted. all perfectly stable, economy is gold, militar power can wipe all the other nations combine, best gear, all.

I will start a new game, this time being a khanate archer I think. the previous one I played as heavy cavalry (full plate armor, heavy charger, double huscarl shield, lance, sword of war) so thats why I wanna try the horse archer style.

So i have played for a little while, got some shops set up, an army of about 30 Swadian knights and some nord infantry and vaegir archers or varying quality

What the fuck do i do now? My Marshal (Swadia) always send me out on shitty missions, like getting cattle or scouting and that fucking king gave me one crappy town that is raided 90% of the time

time to blog again: archer/khenate run, update 1, starting to roll.

like I said, I started a new save, this time with dickplomacy. my goal on this one is just to play as an archer, with a full army of that type of units. So ofc I choose a khenate oriented one. a friend told me Lancers are not that bad, and thats bullshit but I belive it anyway so I got some, the rest are just horse archers and my companion party. I got them pretty fast in this run, only 1 left (Rolf bro, the other mongol(oid) I dont remember the name) because Borcha is spying the khenate. I want to join/check how politics are looking, which vassals are the stronger, all that. I won like 4-5 tournaments at the very start, so that was good gear and money. I manage to farm some taiga bandits and sea riders, also Curaw iron business and the oil one on Veluca, but its still not going that well on the wealth side. I dont know if I want to be just a vassal or become king again this time.

Archer gameplay... is not looking that well at all. Im only level 10, so still plenty of room to upgrade and performance better. I guess that will dictate if I become just a vassal following the Khan, or doing my own kingdom. because if Im not having fun on battles being a king will be a pain in the ass on top of that.

how you open a brothel? its not listed on the business dialogue from the guild master of the cities, maybe I need more reputation with the guy?

your armor and boots breaks the immersion, khergits dont use heavy armor, they use light leather-nomad boots and also steppe caps. look at what the black khergit guard and knights use if you want to be heavy cav dont use a warhorse, use a steppe charger. pretty much go full autism and copy the loadouts any khergit noyans will use.

i forgot to read all of your text my bad, to open a brothel you must make sure you copy the adult contents fro mthe dickplomacy folder into your dickplomacy module (paste menus.txt into dickplomacy) and then go into content options and turn on consensual and non-consensual sex mode then speak to the guild master, i forgot what it was called but it was related to tavern and bath house.

you need to have female prisoners and speak to the madame in your brothel to make the females work, you can have 50 women in a single brothel generating 500 denars a week. also noble ladies give extra money but give you a severe hit to your honour. to have ladies work in your brothel you must relocate them to the town your brothel is conducting its work, and then when they are in castle, speak to the madame again.

Im not that autistic I think. the armor is a cheap Khergit Elite armor, and that one is just 1 tier behind the goat plate mail so thats why Im using it, cause it fits the theme and its also good enough. the helmet and horse I got both from tournament prizes, I love the tabard on the horse. and the boots are just too good, and I like how slim they look. Im also using long armid sword + huscarl shield, but only using it when really needed. overall, I dont know how viable is to really go full immersion horse archer, cause so far doesnt look very viable in the long run.

Use morgh's editor.
Tell it where the module.ini is, use it to open item_kinds, search for your weapon, use the add function, edit stats and rename, update item, save.
They don't show up in the cheat menu, so unless custom troops anon finds a way to fix that, you have to edit the troops with morgh's after creating them with anon's mod.

Yeah, look, that's not gonna be possible at all. The code that makes sure custom troops keep the equipment you select for them in-game is gonna overwrite anything you try adding with Morgh's.
