One thing I like about him is the unique way he runs (on the ground, obviously). It's so cool to see him using his tails to form a propeller behind him. Unfortunately, for some reason, this is becaming more and more rare to see Tails running on the ground, and this saddens me for a bit, even though I'm nitpicking.
For any 2D Sonic game, I always pick Knuckles first, then Tails, then Sonic for last. I prefer Knuckles, but Tails is great too.

I know some people like more epic, slower, moody pieces for their final boss like in say, Zelda

I managed to get more planning done despite my short attention span, so hopefully all this sort of stuff would actually be plausible to accomplish in RPG maker of any kind... or maybe I'd need more, I dunno.
