It's basic psychology senpai, people see low numbers and are hesitant to join even if they like the features. This is why there are so many low population servers that never grew over years. Even the turboshilled fotm servers like ggRO or RoM all tanked in no time once the population started to decline. The fact that Leika was also slandered by idiots who outright lied to make the server look bad doesn't help

There's other servers in the same situation, Origins, heRO, etc, servers that receive largely positive feedback as well.
