Case websites are basically a lottery. They often list the chances of getting things as well. You can either get good stuff or you get trash, alternatively, you look at the other cases and you either get trash stuff, and slightly less trash stuff. Play the odds ok and you'll basically make money, provided you are sensible. Often the cases that you can get good shit from get deleted or modified.

On drakemoon there was a case that would drop $8-11 guns pretty frequently, and rarely $40-300 guns. I put in 30 bucks, I would walk away with 40-80 in skines. Got a $300 drop too, but not the 2k knife ;_;
The case is gone now. I'll eventually get around to finding some more cases with good odds, but I'm saving up for a knife.

My framerate drops <10 fps constantly no matter what settings I use. It's stuttery as shit, standing in one place and looking around with nothing happening is incredibly jerky, shooting people is a slideshow. I've reinstalled, verified cache, updated drivers, and messed around with various settings. I have a 970 and 4690k, it's worked just fine before but now it runs better on my fucking laptop.
