Iv been fooling around with the idea of living out of an Orca roaming around wspace, tell me how bad it would be.

I would have the Orca account a scanning/scout account and the PvP/PvE account. Id mostly be ganking krabbers or krabbing myself all accounts would have close to max scanning skills incase shit hits the fan and i get podded.

Ideally i would log in the scout/scanning alt and make sure everything is all good for the orca to log in then have the orca cloak up in a safe and start looking for targets in the neighbouring systems. I then have the PvP/PvE account log in and kill things or just run sites with my scan alt watching the hole for any activity.

In the Orca id have an extra scanning frig, a Sabre for dicking around in nullsec, a Gila and whatever else i think of as i go along.

Thoughts?

Also, it's gonna be hard to find worthy "targets" with a one man op. People have done this before, but sounds like you're just going through a lot of trouble for very little gain other than MUH TOO AUTISTIC TO JOIN A CORP.

Found a C3 with a LS static, the killboard is pretty dead and there are no online sticks. The only problem it seems is an astrahus and raitaru both owned by a corp that hasn't been active on zkillboard since late april (which was them losing a hauler filled with PI to a hisec gank) they only have 1 kill on a Helios 7 months ago.

Do I just take their hole? I plan on moving in with just myself and a few friends, would killing these structures be worth it or attract unwanted attention?

You can find good fights as long as you know where to find them. Otherwise, a lot of systems are pretty barren.

Depends. It only gets 5 mids and 5 lows, 5 lows isn't a lot of lows for tank + damage mods. the 5 mids really helps with utility but the thing also has 6 highs, 5 launchers and one USELESS fucking utility

You can set your clone remotely to the station in their staging, self destruct and end up in the system. Also you can get to the system manually, if you stop being bad and learn how this game works. Other ships get far more lows for the best of both worlds. An eagle gets 6 mids most of which gets used for tank then all the lows are filled with damage mods.

Been lurking on posts about this game for quite some time. Tried the free trial while drunk and crashed ship in bay, everyone says its not possible, but I was piss drunk. raged and uninstalled it.

I want to play a good MMO but how hard is it to get into this late in the game?

Fit your races exploration ship with an expanded launcher plus probes, warpcore stablisers, relic and data analyzers, a micro warp drive and afterburner. Explore Wormholes and Nullsec for relic and data sites. With one decent relic site you can pay for your ship ten times over.

Read up on the wormholing and exploration techniques used, ask for tips in EVE-Scout public channel (keep newbie questions to help, mind), and prepare to lose a few ships.

Exploration is such a good activity to learn as a new player because it pits you in the middle of pretty much most playstyles. You experience so much more than when sat on a belt mining or spinning ships in station.
