Even in 7.9 before the tank update ADCs were extremely dominant. Now they hard nerfed all armor tank items, making toplane tanks useless (and jungle as well unless your name is Zac). Is Riot really going to buff the damage of all tanks just so that they can keep the meme that an ADC with support can solo win the game? You can get pretty much 80-90% winrate at the moment duo queueing with a support if you win your lane all the time. It's disgusting how unbalanced the current state of the game is. This is season 1 style balance.
