I've been using Search&Destroy and Create Your Own Difficulty to improve difficulty.Now i've been looking at Arbitration and it claims to fix both and a lot more.It touches so many things from AI to animation to gameplay effects i would be surprised it doesn't cause conflicts actually.

Anybody got expirience with arbitration and give me a basic rundown if it's worth it?

Tale of Two wastelands pretty much merges NV and FO3 with NVs gameplay changes taking effect. TTW can be a bitch to work with a couple of mods tho.

The gimmick of the game is that you aren't playing a nobody, it's not the lone wanderer or sole survivor. You are a fatebinder, someone sent out by the Archon to go enact his law without question from anybody. You are basically Judge Dredd times a million. The first thing you do in the game is go through various options to decide all the hugely important things your character has done, then the very first thing you do in gameplay is go meet two archons and settle a dispute. These are two superhuman generals who could basically kill you in an instant but they both do whatever the fuck you tell them because you speak for their boss.

Right, so the gimmick and lore of this game is that you are someone who is extremely important but has rules and people to answer too. You are part of a military with ranks and whatnot and theres only 2 people directly above you.

So why then would you have a female soldier in the first few minutes of the game, kill 10 men infront of you while you struggle to kill 2, who then decides she's going to follow you around, as if she has any right to, and then feels comfortable enough to question a single fucking thing you say.

It's like if a random slave in The Legion walked right up to Caeser and called him a little bitch fagot and then followed him around all day calling him a dumbass whenever he made a decision.

You see you can have people question your character even with his rank, you just have them be from OUTSIDE the system. A rank and file soldier knows exactly who you are and would never do that.

The best thing about sexmods is that sometimes, NPCs can get stuck with this permanent smirk. Something about a conversation option setting their facial expression to "flirt". It can make for some funny moments, especially when characters deliver emotional lines giving you the fuck eyes.

Yup. Leveled lists are shared between NV and the capital wasteland. Which means weapons, chems and ammo types carry over, and there are handplaced workbenches and other NV related crafting benches in the capital wasteland.

You can choose to start in either NV or Fo3, and at any time (you feel leveled enough), you can traverse a fairly dangerous dungeon to restore power to a train and travel to the other world map. The game progression makes the most sense going from 3 to NV, though.

Game also has a bunch of mods made specifically for it to tweak a lot of finer details if you're fussed about those things, and if there are any fallout 3 mods you want there's a converter tool that converts into a TTW mod. on top of this, 99% of your standard NV mods shouldn't conflict with TTW at all.

honestly I can't recommend TTW enough, it's definitely the definitive game experience from that generation of bethbyro games.

So, where should I load script heavy mods? Does load order have any influence in how responsive scripts are? Because JSawyer Ultimate is working fairly crappy when it comes to the "health" formula, I always have to reset it manually whenever I start the game because despite it being checked as "original formula", whenever I start the game the normal formula is being used, so I have to uncheck and recheck again for the mod to be working properly.

How do you play on survival in 4? I was out exploring and found a witch museum where some gunners got eaten by something. I go in and hear it stomping around like some horror game but since magic doesn't exist in Fallout I figured it had to be a yao gai or something but it was a huge Deathclaw that killed me in two hits and I'm playing on normal.
