I called you on this because 'Asgore let him become a murderer' is some pretty far-fetched bullshit. Flowey could just burrow and be anywhere in the Underground, there's nothing anyone can do to stop him, save for putting him in a cell or something. Considering nobody managed to fix Flowey, that goes just the same for everyone. Nobody could fix him, because it wasn't a problem anyone could even begin to try and fix. If anything, trying to start with a parent may have been even worse, because the shock of not feeling love is much greater when the people involved are those who you'd normally feel the most for.
