I haven't played much but it's fun. I'm a Hazama main so tried to pick up Bionic Commando but the playstyle expectedly didn't translate. Doesn't seem to be too much nuance to the combos, you just belt them out as fast as possible and get on with shit. Unfortunately due to CT levels of balance watching high level tourneys gets boring quick.

I did enjoy what little I played but dropped it pretty quick since it didn't click with me at the time. I'll give it another try at some point.

I asked this in /fgg/, but I should have asked here first. My friend says you can't chicken guard in BB because you can't block on the first frame of jumping. Strange thing, /asg/ was. Fans of different snk games get along in their general, no problem, and various capcom fans could probably hold together a general too. But not /asg/. Basically we had ggfags that wanted a smaller and more autistic version of /fgg/ with a main focus on gg, while bb fans wanted to talk about story and shitpost waifus. So relentless shittalking later we got fed up and left, and ggfags can’t maintain a general so /asw/ died.

Unfortunately gg fans are cancer. The current zombie /blaz/ is useless but still better than /asg/. The best answer is some kind of anime fighting general, that way we can pick up fighterz and some more obscure titles without piquing gg’s interest.
