Werly said it himself, if you want to see something new in game, make it yourself and give it to them for free or very very cheap. They have no team actively developing the game and no budget to outsource it.

have my shitty end result
there was atleast one confirmed aimbotter, and just aiming is hard at low fps/spawn then die before I can move. and players magically able to turn around and kill me when I get the drop on them with an smg and land most of the bullets and a headshot.
It was a super shiity day.
