Yeah, everything seems to do so little damage. Playing as my regularly levelling Resto Druid through vanilla, I can kill things in a couple of those insta-cast DoT spells. Just run around, shit out some moonbeams and things die without me even thinking. Here I am in Legion and every enemy feels like a mini-boss.

To be honest, with zero experience with mage and only ever having one character past 60, I found level 100 Frost pretty overwhelming to just jump into. You're given about 25 abilities and have no experience using them at all (in my case) so it was pretty awful. I switched to Fire and enjoyed it way more. I have the Fire artifact weapon now as well.

I personally enjoy Frost, I go no pet + Glacial Spike.

So basically:

And that's pretty much it.

Been about two weeks since I played last.
However for some reason, this is happening to me now when I play:

Offensively it's the worst one but it's objectively the best defensive tank and plays closest to traditional MMO tanking.
You'll literally always have people to run with as well since the game incentivizes running old content so old areas and dungeons aren't dead as fuck.

Gladiator/Paladin is the only shield focused tank there is. Least damage but they can take more of a beating than Dark Knight or Marauder/Warrior. You will be blocking, you will be slapping shit with your shield as well as throwing it around.

Marauder/Warrior is about having a big fucking axe, rocks to break and self healing out the ass in AoE situations. Highest damage dealing tank by a long shot

Dark Knights are about big lumbering 2h swords, strong single damage and strong self healing (if needed), I can easily last about 50% of a boss fight without outside healing
