But her biggest issue is that she also happens to be Boa Hancock, so you can't pair her with Raid Boa who is a staple sub for TS Luffy. Using her would require you to replace Boa with Raid Sabo, but you can't use Raid Sabo with Legend Sabo on the same team, and so now you have to use Anni Ace or Colo Apoo in Sabo's place.

It's nice to have all these options for TS Luffy but his real problem is that really small pool of named characters with Free Spirit boosts.

In all seriousness, there are teams you may not need them for because of certain legends. RR Kuma works really well on a double Akainu team who can't afford a raid Akainu. Sengoku makes fantastic use of story Enel, as he has fantastic attack and a good boosting special for the 20 cost.

A legend alone will never be able to carry you through the game. It's all about having the perfect team, or being able to adapt to the situations. Even a legend like Lucci can clear the hardest content with the proper units.

Either two stages of specials, or a different special dependent on form? STR, DEX, PSY, INT, TND, AND Meat count as matching orbs for 3 turns and deals 200x attack in non type damage. After those 3 turns, seems like there are negative penalties.

Second (?) special Attack x4 for fighting types and reduces damage significantly. If friend captain is another gear 4, it reduces damage up to 80%

Not really sure how to read that captain ability, though.

Captain : 2.5x att + 1.3x hp.

Sub Captain : New ability, you slide and he disappears for a turn.

He avoids special debuffs ( dont know which yet ) and when he comes back he'll add 2.5x to your lead. Can't use it more than once.

So Gear 4 is a 2.5x/6.25lead for fighters, and activating both specials he'll become a 4x/16x lead for fighters plus has almost 90% damage reduction with two.

Sanji on the other hand is a 2.5x/6.25 att + 1.3x hp lead, and if you activate his sub captain ability, he'll become a 15x lead

Both of them look extremely broken damn.
