Rageblade is a fundamentally bad item by it's design because it's only good when stacked and by the time you stack it you've either died or killed your opponent. Yi is the only champion that can feasibly get away with it because of his double strike, his giant as/ms steroid and general synergy with the stacked passive/on-hit effects. It will never be good without breaking Yi and so it sits in the joke spot its in now and shouldn't be used.

As for Vi, her only innate defensive ability scales poorly off of health so investing into cinderhulk is pretty pointless. You're better off going full damage with GA and either steraks or maw as defensive items so you can't be bursted while making use of your giant ad ratios.

Well thats kinda the whole point that its only good on on-hit and the stats it gives is the most cost efficient when stacked too. Warwick can also use it for full use as his W and passive all synergies.

You're getting a shield that is 10% of your max health which gets shorter cooldown the more you level up. You're under valuing her passive shield.

No because you need to live. It's about as effective as going full damage Darius. Vi has the abilities that makes her a lite-juggernaut and the base damage are not bad allowing her to fill any role. Peeler, Engager, Fighter, ect. The AD ratios are decent she is not as mobile as riven. I've seen and played so many games with Vi where if she would've went tank instead then the enemy team would've won because she gets blown up way too quickly. If you want big damage then go with K6 instead.

Darius is a pretty simple champ to play. Take your early game lane lead and snowball it into objectives and pressure on the map. After you slam top tower or while the enemy top laner is stuck under tower pick up rift with your jungler and use it to either destroy your top tower or rotate mid/bot to take a tower. Then your job around levels 9-14 is to splitpush and apply pressure on the map and use tp/ghost to flank for your team in fights around important objectives. Around this point in the game your lead starts to dissapate so start pushing waves in sidelanes past mid and stick to your most fed carry and peel for them like amotherfucker. Try to steal a kill from them to get your ult reset and instant 5 stacks in a teamfight and flash on their carries.
