CCC Kiara is called Heaven's Hole. The weakened Beast Kiara after the KP's name changed to Heaven's Hole. I guess we got confused by the visuals, but makes sense. The visual changed because in CCC she was merged with the Sakuras, so she has cherry blossom tree motifs, while here she puked them out and ate a pillar demon instead. The hands/arms attack, cosmic/planetary orgasm np is the exact same shit which are present in her weaker form. Kiara in CCC was never untouchable either.

You'll notice the first Kiara you fought lacked those hands and arms completely. That's a new power up with a completely new NP which wasn't in CCC. So the "CCC Kiara was stronger" is memeing, she got more powerful here.
