Yeah you just need to rank up your Alliance Specialists to 10, then you can get them. They'll be at the terminal at the start. Also look out for terminals during the FP for unique abilities that'll help, e.g. tank turret, heal ability.
Also recommend using Hc Moment and Unity for the fight.
