There are now Oracle Harpies in front of Gold Fury, that give you a free ward there if your team kills them both.
Fire Elementals now spawn in front of the Fire Giant spot for the first ten minutes of the game. Worth a lot of gold and xp, contest them whenever possible.
A Portal Demon now spawns across from Fire Giant at the ten minute mark.
Killing it creates a portal in front of Fire Giant for your team to teleport to from the Fountain for a short time.
Back Harpies are now good to farm and the Jungler should prioritize them after buff camps.

I've been messing in Arena with Transcendance, Bloodforge and Qin. While only some miserably crits from time to time, I get 300+ consistent damage (Qin's damage included) on squishies.

If you're solo you should look to rotate after you clear the wave. Either by going into your jungle or the enemy jungle to steal camps. Just keep an eye out on the minimap after you cleared the wave

For support you should start rotating around level 5-7. Look for jungle camps to clear with your jungle/mid or help clear the mid wave. Stay close to mid because that's were you're needed to most.
