How the fuck did Shadow do it? How did they convince Cygames that they were the poor and helpless craft that they were, when even in RoB they had multiple tier 1 decks? How has Cygames not rectified what they've done this long into the meta? It's baffling.

Shadow players are literally killing the game right now. Time will pass, new metas will come, shadow will obviously not be t1 forever, but the damage has been done already. My playtime of this game went almost overnight from 4-5 hours a day to just barely doing my dailies (not even rerolling the 20 gold ones because I want to finish quicker). I'm not spending another dime on this game ever again, either, because I know my money isn't going to a good place. It's going to a bunch of chinks who have no moral barometer, who can't discern right from wrong, and are clearly okay with upsetting their customers to do what they've done in ToTG.

Fuck Shadow. I don't wish death upon anybody, but for the first time in the 16 years that I've been alive, I hope all Shadow players die a horrible death. I hope they die alone, without the comfort of their friends and family, in the prime of their life, without having experience all the joys the world has to offer. Fuck Shadow so much.

I don't grind Master's Ladder too much because I don't care about whatever prizes but for the past month I never had any dramatic losing streaks with this deck, it's just been a comfortable uptick in numbers. The difference is that aggro focuses on flooding the board with followers (typically to be buffed by something like royal banner or sage commander) while midrange plays a lot of high value cards that bully the opponent's board, like tsubaki, fangblade slayer, and alwida's command.

There's no "best" game. YGO has terrible power creep problems, MtG has a huge buy-in for old formats and Standard is super expensive over time and currently went from having 2 T1 decks to having 1 T1 deck because the other (which also was the best counter to it) was banned, Force of Will also has power creep and general balance issues, no idea how good Netrunner is but the main issue I see with it is finding enough people to play with.

True patrician in my eyes is playing EDH in MtG with friends.

Then they had a combo in standard (only new sets) that was banned in modern (new sets + some older sets) and didn't ban it when they were supposed to, so they randomly banned it 3 days laters.

MtG is a pretty natural learning experience. If he plays Standard, his mechanics pool isn't much bigger than in Hearthstone and the relevant number of cards is also alright.

Cat Lady u fortunately was the strongest counter to Vehicles, the second T1 deck. We pretty much went from a 2-deck meta to what is shaping up to a 1 deck meta unless someone figures out a hardcounter deck to hate it off the board.

There's no Tier 1 deck (as in, a deck with over 52% win rate) in Standard right now.
The game is still frustrating with all the random effects, though. Would rather play a million Shadow games than face another Mage with three+ Ice Blocks.

I just uninstalled Shadowverse this morning. Dailies started feeling like a chore fighting through shadow's perfect curves and dragon's healing bullshit. Not enough bloods/havens/whatever on ladder to break up the monotony. The game simply stopped being fun for me.

Why are you guys still here? Do you genuinely still have fun with the game? Are you waiting in hopes of nerfs? Maybe you have a problem letting go?

You can get up to 2.4k rupees if you beat the Elite and Elite 2 AIs. There is also 2k more rupees for the Private match achievements.
After having a basic understanding of the game you can also use the free Arena tickets for even more rewards.

Make Necro only generate shadows from followers, this is a huge hit to both Cerb and their shadow generation in general. Next make Eachtar cost 8 and cause all followers to be banished while he's on the field, finish it by making Catacombs cost (1) Necromancy per every follower that's hit and it goes from a deck you have to try to lose with to a deck where shadow management matters again and you have to make good plays and think ahead.

Did you even play before TotG? C. Sword never had a problem getting to the albert turn. Their problem was having no way of closing out the game against proper control decks. There's a reason why Midsword was significantly more played.
