I don't know about the other shadowbabs in this thread, but I was personally hoping we would get shafted when the reveals were halfway through. The prospect of having to resort to Deathly Tyrant and/or Atomy to get my ranked wins was pretty good at that time, and it honestly sounded pretty fun. And then Prince happened.

Instead of having to think about new ways to win we got handed an overpowered deck with free resources and Minthe turned out to be useless.
I'm tired of this meta and I can't even play other decks in ranked lest I get raped 50% of the time. I just do my dailies and take 2 everyday and log off because of this shit.

Poison counters would be the craft's gimmick, they slowly deal damage at the start of the opponent's turn while lowering the enemy follower's attack and defense. For example, a 3 1 damage Poison counter would deal 1 damage to all Poisoned enemies and lower their stats by -1/-1 for three turns, at the start of the opponent's turn. The -1/-1 stat lowering is inherent to every Poison counter, but it can be increased through followers and spells.
Then you could have spells that "spread" Poison, for example:

Select a Poisoned enemy follower, then select an enemy follower next to it: it gains -2/2 and the same Poison counter.

Would be an interesting craft I think, and would be a legit counter to Aegis.
