Any amp that supports input via 3.5mm jack would work, my fiio e9 does that and it's pretty great. I hate the ipod dock ontop I have never used though. You will get quality loss because of the bluetooth compression too. I'vemused up to sennheiser 555's with the controller and it's been fine without an amp.

GR2 is my favourite of the lot and my personal game of the year so far.

ToB, Digimon Story, Odin Sphere and GG are all definitely worth a look.

Project Diva is fun but I significantly prefer it on Vita over on a TV. If you have to get it for PS4, get Future Tone instead since it contains more songs.

Witch and the Hundred Knight is a game I absolutely love to pieces but I find incredibly difficult to recommend. To say it is "rough around the edges" is an understatement, but there is charm within it. There may be a demo available in your region, if so give it a try.

I have a problem. I moved my tv and PS4 to the living so I could let my brother use it out of the goodness of my heart and now he's using it every minute he's here. Playing all my games, watching netflix, using spotify, Hulu and Amazon video. I try to read and I hear blasting gun noises through the other room and constant reruns of it's sunny in Philadelphia. Has anyone played the Attack on Titan game? Is it any good?

It's pretty neat, it's main strength lies in the novelty of the swinging. On anything other than normal difficulty it can be frustratingly obtuse, since the combat is very clearly designed for you to fight a single enemy in a wide open space and the game likes to throw close knit groups at you in order to up the difficulty. It's also very straightforward, the gameplay never really changes up or becomes any more cerebral or skillful. If you can get it cheap I'd recommend it

It tries to emulate classic JRPGs and it does that quite well. It's a solid game in its own right, but doesn't quite stand up to the classics its emulating or doesn't hit every note they do. A lot of people went in expecting Chrono Trigger, when the only similarity is really the combat, for example.

The setting and music also seems to be rather love-or-hate since it goes for a purely snow setting and purely piano soundtrack which meant a lot of people felt it was samey throughout, while personally I appreciated those two aspects for their tone. The combat is fun to mess with and seeing what combinations and abilities stack well together, and the cast is likable.

Personally my only major complaint is the story pacing, where it felt like the first two thirds of the game was spent on introducing the cast, and the last third kind of rocketed through the main plot. To be clear, it's not so much rushed, I think the ending was solid, just oddly paced.

It's about 20 - 25 hours for a standard playthrough with late game side stories and hidden bosses adding another 5 - 10.

If you like the sound of a classic style JRPG with a sorrowful tone I definitely think it's worth a look, it might not blow you away but it's solid. I enjoyed it a lot and think it's kind of a shame so few people played it and its reception was so middling. I'm definitely looking forward to whatever Tokyo RPG Factory is doing next.
