Nasu really outdid himself with this event. He gave characters sorely in need of spotlight all the spotlight they could ask for and more. Passionlip and Melt are two of my favorite female characters now, and even though I already liked Gawain I like him way more now.

The Mooncell definitely observes all timelines. What happened was that Kiara was just minding her own business as a normal human being until Zepar awoke within her because she was actually his reincarnation. The way the story explains it, BB has been gathering sakuraments this entire time in order to create something something dumb name whip. This thing makes it possible for you to even defeat Beast III, and it's represented in-game as letting you strip off buffs.

The initial fight with her as she was in CCC is what she's supposed to be. You can't harm her at all, thanks to some skill called Logos Eater. BB's cheat bypasses that, leading to the fight where you actually can win.

The main problem isn't that they are weak, I'm sure all Beasts are meant to be on the same level, but the fact remains they are used as Herk is in FSN: "look this scary threat but actually does fuck all and jobs hard to whoever needs to show off this time." I wish for all Beasts to get showing as Goetia did. You can buy he was a real threat because he was deeds and not pure talk or lore dump. Tiamat at least got something even if wasn't on his level, she got something, but Kiara here feels too much like a filler boss.

Let's hope L side of Beast III does something more than appear, get a cool battle sprite, and die like a bitch in three battles.

There's no point showing what all they can do every time a Beast appears because ultimately the fact that they get the Beast classification means that they are an extinction level threat to humanity. That's all that needs to be said about them. Just to add on to how much Demiya's life sucks, when you first encounter him Gawain is confused because he's never seen Emiya Alter at Chaldea.

At first I thought that mean you canonically don't summon him, but later on the story makes clear he's one of your Servants.

So even in what is basically the happiest place a Servant can be, Demiya spends all his time sulking in a corner.
