You've got removal but you could also probably use some pressure cards so Dragon can't ramp up on you as easily. You could try beastcall Arias instead of snake priestess.

Test of strength might work too but from what I played it felt like a dead draw sometimes. Sonia is also kind of annoying for dragon to deal with. Has enough health to block Zell combos even Ouro combo since it doesn't take effect damage.

That's because the gameplay isn't as diverse in HS, class identity is a meme. Even the decks aren't that different, all control decks had to use Reno to compete. All the classes are all about tempo, there's no unique gameplay or feeling a class can offer. That's why when a class underperforms, there's literally 0 reason to play it over another one.

Another reason is that you have more matches to do in SV because you get 3 dailies instead of 1, so you are forced to play the underdog classes even when you don't want to.

It's an OK start.
You have a lot of shit for Ramp Dragon (Israfil, Bahamut, Lucifer), what isn't ideal, since that deck is expensive as fuck even for players with good amount of playtime, but you can still use those (since they are neutrals) for your budget starting decks and for dailies.
Nephthys can make a good Shadow deck that is focused around it, but it requires quite a good amount of golds.
Forte can make Face Dragon, which is relatively cheap and very good when starting.
Daria makes Tempo Rune, which is in a bad spot nowadays, but should also be very good when starting, particularly because it is also very cheap.
Imperial Dragoon is a meme. Otohime has been powercreeped.

It's overall not bad. I can't tell for sure if rerolling is necessary. If this was RoB meta, I'd definetely tell you to keep the roll.
