Yes, your GPU is good enough to handle it, and your CPU is over the top. Overwatch doesn't need much from your GPU but relies heavily on your CPU, this isn't the case for all games so don't expect to get the same frames across all games with a lopsided build like that. No, CPU is more important. All having such a good GPU is doing for you is allowing you to maintain those frames at higher settings.
